Roxy and her team are always so amazing and helpful! I love Pilates classes and I’ve been seeing Roxy for myofascial treatments for almost a year now and she’s saved me from extreme pains I’ve been dealing with! She knows exactly how and where I’m hurting. Truly grateful for her and everyone there! 10 stars!!!
My chronic hip pain due to a tipped pelvis caused my pain for 9 years. With a combination of four weeks of Roxana’s Myofascial release therapy with six weeks of chiropractic care for my slight scoliosis has given excellent results. I am walking and sitting and sleeping much more comfortably and I am optimistic for the first time that soon this pain will be in the rearview mirror. Thank you!!
My experience at Myofascial healing and Pilates has been amazing . I have been in and out of several different places to try and treat my neck pain and symptoms that I have had over the years with 0 long term results . This has been the only place that has made a difference in such a short period of time and has allowed me to get back to feeling normal without ending up at a Dr or chiro appointment weekly or multiple times a week. Roxy and the rest of the staff are super friendly and educating, and the Pilates classes are great too!!
