Absolutely phenomenal. I had purchased a pair of Merrell sandals on close-out, of which the straps were way to big; foot would not stay in sandal. They were able to fix the straps at an extremely reasonable price and I now have a custom fitted pair of sandals. Thank you!!! Highly recommend
