“Tldr: friendly quick service at a fair price.I live on a golf course and somebody smashed a ball through our window. The next day, in the morning I called and spoke to a person in the office. They were very kind and patient with my lack of knowledge. I text her a picture and she gave me a fair price and a few hours later I have a beautiful new window pane that did not break the bank. The installer was also polite and respectful of property. I will be calling them again for the next golf ball.“

“I recently had hurricane windows installed in my home. When I say top tier service, I mean top tier. From the beginning Mr. Brown and his grandson coming out to measure my windows to the last blind was back in place. Everyone was very professional, respectful, friendly overall a very good group of individuals. “I’m in the real estate industry and will promote and refer Natural Flow Windows, and Doors any chance I get. My home is a 1994 home. I broke one of the patio sliding glass doors. I spoke to several companies, all of whom immediately went to the quote of me purchasing a brand new complete set of new slider doors so much so that I thought that’s what my only option was. This company came quickly for a quote. He said he could replace my glass and gave me a quote for that. I did not have to ask for that type of quote. He matched the type of window color of glass. They took the measurements and saved me thousands of dollars replacing the glass only. I truly appreciate, a company that is more than just about the easiest most expensive way to do something. So much more cost-effective for me. Very professional and ethical. On the day, my new glass arrived, 2 installers came and did over and above the installation making sure they cleaned up all the glass after they were finished. Oh, and they had to move furniture around to do their job. Their attitude was so refreshing, smiling, and Professional.
