“I had the windows (8) replaced in my home a few days ago. I went through the work of obtaining 5 quotes, which I am glad that I did, I learned a lot about windows and installation process. Jason gave a great presentation and provided a very detailed and excellent quote. James came by a couple of days later to inspect and plan the project. He explained the process and gave me preparation instructions. Eric and Omar, the installation crew, arrived on time ready to work. They were very experienced, worked very steady, cleaned up after each window (did one at a time) and completed the install in one day. Eric returned the next morning to caulk and check all window. They were an outstanding installation team. Behind all of the work scene Melida professionally coordinated the entire project, keeping me up to date with all dates, times and detail. “We recently had all our windows and patio doors replaced by O’Donnell Impact Windows and Storm Protection.  After doing lots of research on product and service of different companies, we chose O’Donnell specifically for their installation and service reputation.  Our salesman, Sean, was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful with decisions made and assuring us we would be very happy with their workmanship and service.  Amy coordinated the installation and service guys with us.  We had a project manager, Keith, who was onsite each day.  He oversaw the entire project and kept the lines of communication open.  He listened to any concerns and requests and followed through to get the job done to our satisfaction.  Our install crew was led by Juan Carlos who is truly a tradesman and skilled carpenter.  Every day his team arrived promptly, worked together as a team, respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves.  Juan Carlos is an onsite problem solver, he is professional and thorough, meticulous and a genuine guy.  He made us feel comfortable throughout the project.  Darium did the initial measurements and was involved in the precise installation of our casement windows.   Jack and Jamar represented the Service Department.  They completed all the final touches and adjustments that met our high expectations.  All of these employees are great assets to O’Donnell.  In conclusion, we would highly recommend O’Donnell Impact Windows and Doors.  They are a great company to work with.  We are very satisfied with the final results and the overall process of the project.

“I recently had hurricane windows installed in my home. When I say top tier service, I mean top tier. From the beginning Mr. Brown and his grandson coming out to measure my windows to the last blind was back in place. Everyone was very professional, respectful, friendly overall a very good group of individuals. I heard alot of laughter amongst the crew, which means to me that each and everyone of them enjoyed/loves what they do and enjoyed work8ng together. My grandpa always told if there is laughter in the workplace that means the owner is doing something right. The crew of people followed and respected the directive of the lead person which spoke volumes to me. On the day of serving rain was in the forecast but that didn't stop the work flow.
