“My long time stylist Paola switched salons to Hair Hero and I am not only impressed with the environment, atmosphere and inclusivity (rare for Florida) but also even if it weren’t, I would have followed Paola anywhere at this point. She could be doing hair at a Lemon Tree and I’d STILL go to her everytime. She somehow knows exactly what I want and she takes her time to make sure every single piece of hair is perfect before I leave. “I have never ever been able to find a salon that can cut my hair the way I want to. That’s why I always went to cheaper salons because I’d rather pay cheap for a bad maintenance cut than pay a lot for a bad one. I decided to treat myself. I saw this location in Facebook under Diana. Booked and walked in on a celebration morning of. Apparently the salon won the Grammys of hairstylists lol. Anyway, Diana was SO personable, only 3 years of experience and she was able to make me feel confident again with just a haircut after feeling otherwise 2.5 years post partum. She not only did a wonderful job with the cut, but took the time to explain specific treatments she recommends based on my hair type AND lifestyle. She didn’t make me feel pressured to do anything either. Highly recommend her.“

“She was wonderful, friendly, sociable, the locations sanitary and overall great. She was very friendly to my sister as well and I would have wanted to continue going there but over the phone, a misunderstanding occurred where I thought she said $6-$5 for a kids haircut (which was my misunderstanding as we had just gotten custody of my sister and i was not sure what kids haircuts average), I came there, she was able to squeeze me in at 2:30, but after the haircut was done……… that was where I had a problem, $65 was what I paid for my little sister to have a length trim and her bangs cut… and she didn’t even charge me luckily for the shampooing. I’m not sure if this is an appropriate price to be charging for a child’s haircut, especially when I never asked for shampooing. I get we have a business to run but as there are no other staff, just her, she is talented and if you, a grown woman, want a guaranteed good haircut for a date or an important event, I HIGHLY recommend her. But do not take your kid here unless you are one of those people who can afford $65+ for a trim. Our family does not have a lot of money, and that for us was detrimental, but since the haircut was already done, I had to pay (plus it was a really good haircut) otherwise I’d give it 5 stars if I came there myself, was paying closer attention to the price, and was worried about getting a bad haircut elsewhere.“

“i’m very very prissy about my looks, so much so that i haven’t been to a hair salon in years cause no one listens to what i want. but i am very pleased. claire is the one that cut my hair, she listened to what i wanted and made suggestion that worked out very well. i will say i think she might be a lil new because it was slightly uneven in areas but even so it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be easily fixed. she was very nice and very accommodating and helped me identify problems with my hair i didn’t even know existed. i will definitely come back here :)))“

“Renee is the BEST! Cozy salon suite, very knowledgeable and super friendly! I got a Brazilian Blowout and cut. My hair isn’t easy…thick and naturally curly but she took her time and did it right! I had to leave to take my dog to the vet and she met me back at salon that day to finish up. I LOVE my hair and she cut it correctly which most cannot do!!! It was super enjoyable hanging out with her for most of the day and we had a lot of laughs! Very highly recommend Renee, you won’t be dissapointed!!!!“
