She was wonderful, friendly, sociable, the locations sanitary and overall great. She was very friendly to my sister as well and I would have wanted to continue going there but over the phone, a misunderstanding occurred where I thought she said $6-$5 for a kids haircut (which was my misunderstanding as we had just gotten custody of my sister and i was not sure what kids haircuts average), I came there, she was able to squeeze me in at 2:30, but after the haircut was done……… that was where I had a problem, $65 was what I paid for my little sister to have a length trim and her bangs cut… and she didn’t even charge me luckily for the shampooing. Amazing experience! Haven’t been to a salon in years, been cutting mine and my daughter’s hair since Covid but called this place after 5pm one day before we were about to go on vacation, and she took me that same evening, gave me what might be the best haircut I’ve ever had! Such a great experience and good advice for me as she witnessed a disheartening moment when my daughter didn’t want to get her haircut. Much appreciated the mastery of the cuts and the wise interactions. Definitely a hidden gem in the Fort & I’m so happy to have found it! One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Elaine turned my shaggy shoulder length into a trendy pixie which I absolutely love. This lady is at the top of her game and her kindness when I left some valuables behind is unsurpassed. Great vfm too. Thanks Elaine!
