I highly recommended Zyra. I have had back issues and nerve issues for a long time. However, last month, I had a severe pinched nerve that started at the base of my neck and sent shooting pain through my left side to my fingers. I hadn’t slept in almost two weeks from the pain. Zyra fit me in for a quick 30 min massage and in just one session, the severe pain moved to bearable pain from the base of my neck to my clavicle and I was able to sleep. Zyra has has been my massage therapist since 2009. She has amazing technique and customizes each massage to your current needs. Zyra uses essential oils as well as CBD oil when needed. She can transition between light to very firm pressure and combines multiple massage techniques as well as therapeutic assisted stretching. My mom also loves receiving massage with Zyra at Massage Renaissance!
