I've tried many local dens and the Yoga Den franchise (?) is great. All locations are clean and the instructors are great. Passport membership is where it's at! They're all over the city.

I was introduced to yoga through a friend that took me to the Avondale as a guest. Needless to say, I signed up immediately and really appreciated the difference my mind, body, and souls felt after each class. I have to shout out Devon, Isla, and Patricia- they are amazing instructors that constantly demonstrate their love and appreciation to the practice. They do have a lot of different class times/options if you have the travel pass. I am hoping that they find an instructor that prefers 6am or earlier to be able to attend a class before work.

Such a sweet spot to do yoga. I have attended a variety of classes there and have enjoyed them all. The space is beautiful and welcoming with extra special touches like lavender chill towels at the end of the heated classes. All of the teachers have been excellent.
