Great staff, clean facility, an abundance of silver sneakers classes, other programs such as Exercise is Medicine, Diabetes Prevention, and Weight-loss Management. Staff always visible and ready to assist.

The facility is always clean. The staff is always pleasnt! I love all the programs they have available for my children to get involved in. My kids really love it there. The gym has lots of different equipment thats always available to use. The Winston Y may just be the best!

So I finally did it, I was only doing the Silver Sneakers workout last year, the instructors challenged us to go up in our weights and try new classes or workouts. In January I met with one of the trainers, Kena, and she walked me through the equipment on the weight training floor and set up Activtrax for me. ActivTrax is an app that sets up a training routine for you based on the information provided by the trainer. Month 1 has been completed! All the training staff were so helpful when I had questions about using new equipment, the app does have videos but sometimes you need to ask a person .
