First, please take the time to read other reviews with the same concerns I have mentioned. Unfortunately, I did not. I had a very disappointing experience with this company from start to finish. My window installation was originally scheduled for before Christmas, but I never received a confirmation call. When I followed up myself, I was told the installation would not happen until after Christmas and was given only a tentative date. Again, no confirmation was ever provided.
The installers eventually showed up at my home without notice, forcing me to completely rearrange my workday on short notice. To make matters worse, the office staff did not even seem aware that my installation was ongoing and as me whether they should schedule the inspection. This showed a clear lack of communication and organization within the company.
I was also asked to complete the other 50% of the full payment before the inspection was completed, which I declined. Now, while filing my taxes, I requested their QM ID in order to apply for an energy efficiency credit, only to be told that their vendors do not offer qualifying products because they only provide two-pane window thickness. This was never discussed with me prior to taking my initial 50% deposit.
Overall, the experience reflected poor communication, lack of coordination, and incomplete disclosure of important product information. I would not recommend this company. In addition people who answer the phone are rude and do not see the customer point of view.

The windows are nice. They did a good job installing them all but one window, they did a little damage to my wall. It took them over a month and a few phone calls to fey them to fix the wall. I still have to paint the wall.

The two installers worked steady and hard for several hours and installed 5 large windows and cleaned up everything before they left for the day.

Professionalism. Our organization used Window World to replace doors that had been installed in the 1960's. Installation went well with no issues and the doors are beautiful and members love the new safe threshold coming into the building. Would use them again

About 20 years ago we replaced most of the windows in our house. It was past time to replace the windows on our porch. I researched and interviewed 7 other window companies and stayed with W.W. They did a great job. The windows needed to be adjusted and the service man who came out went above and beyond. I highly recommend Window World of Jacksonville.
