Mike was our hero of the day! Mike came right on time and took a look at our A/C unit and was able to determine the problem. He was very professional and friendly, he explained everything to us in terms we could understand clearly. He fixed our unit quickly and cleaned up after himself. What more could you ask for. Give this man a raise, he was fantastic! We would definitely recommend this company and especially Mike for any service call you may need! We have been with Whitleys for a number of years and for good reason. Fair prices and excellent service.
They came out quickly and diagnosed the issue. They were honest and fair. Two qualities that are hard to find these days! (The other company who came out only wanted to sell us a whole new system!) Whitley’s had us up and running quickly. Highly recommend!
They are amazing, professional, on time , great work! It’s nice to see in this day and age. I bought a place that had many hidden problems. I went to the Home and Patio show in Jax and pick a pen with their logo on it.
One of my problems happened when I started to repaint. in one spot I had a vent fan with no ducting behind it. I was shocked and I didn't know how to start. I saw the pen and gave them a try. THANK GOD I did. They can out the within a few days. One looked at the A/C (it needed lots of work ie. the ducting was not attacked to the walls). I had them check the electrical system out.
