Whitehouse gets 10/10 from me. Chose them over some others in the area for their amazing pricing and haste to get my dog in. It was my dogs first vet visit, and as crazy as my dog was, they treated her as if my dog was theirs. Calm and collected. They did great work and my pup was back to normal just a few days after.

I was a walk in and brought my sick kitten in for treatment. They took him in right away and got the meds he needed without having to go to a separate pharmacy. Everyone was kind and helpful.

If i could give 0 stars i would. 1 star is generous. Please do NOT go here, save your time, money, and sanity and just go somewhere else. We brought 2 of our cats in earlier this month to get neutered. When i went to pick them up i asked the man that helped me take them to my car “do they need cones?” (Because i have never heard of an animal not needing a cone after being neutered) And he said “no, they leave them alone for the most part.” (I unfortunately just believed him, the one who is supposed to be educated on these kinds of things) and i took my cats home. When i got home, i let them out and they were still pretty loopy but we were keeping an eye on them. Later on as my husband and I were going to go to bed my husband looks at our orange cat and says “Did it look like this when you picked them up?” (Unfortunately again i trusted the people who are supposed to know what they’re doing and i did not check what their incisions looked like when i picked them up) so i went in our room to look at it and his entire ball sack was cut open, we could see the inside of it, blood and all. And of course i start to cry because it look so incredibly painful for him. So we check our other cat and it looks like he had no incisions at all, you couldn’t even tell, so imagine our horror seeing the HUGE difference between our two cats, one who looked completely fine, and the other who looked like he got mutilated. We were NEVER told how different they may look and that it’s nothing to worry about and it will heal so we freak out. It’s almost 9pm at this point and of course Whitehouse animal is closed, so we had to take him to the emergency vet. The ER vet told my husband that its normal that they will leave the incision open but it looks like the made the incision too large and gave him the option of leaving it alone or gluing it shut a little. So of course we asked her to glue it shut to minimize the risk of infections. The ER vet also asked why he didn't have a cone, and when my husband told her that the man said to me “no, they leave them alone for the most part” when i asked if they should have cones, she of course said thats not true and that they should always at least offer a cone. The ER vet visit costed us more than the price to get our one cat neutered (it costed us $200 to get just one of our cats neutered) . Of course my husband and I thought that Whitehouse animal would see what they did was wrong, maybe reimburse us for the ER costs because it was their lack of communication that caused us to panic and go to the ER in the first place. No, of course they didn’t take responsibility for their lack of communication and lack of professionalism. They took their time to even respond back to us and then they offered us $40….They said thats the costs of the cones at their facility and thats all they will be offering us back. Its been almost 3 weeks since all of this happened and our cat is finally starting to look normal again down there. Whitehouse animal is the most unprofessional vet we could have ever picked. Please, if you are considering going to Whitehouse Animal Hospital, for any reason but especially if you think it will be affordable just know, you may end up having to pay double somewhere else because Whitehouse doesn’t know how to do their job or communicate with their customers. So please, take your pets somewhere else, for you and your pets. I wish we would’ve.

We have taken our fur babies to Whitehouse Veterinary Hospital to see Dr. Reese for years! The staff there is always caring and professional from the front counter to the assistants. I feel that they really care about us and our dogs. I’d like to give a special shout out to Stacia. Our babies are so happy when they get some Stacia love! She always takes a moment to make our visits special and makes sure we have what we need and understand everything we need to know.
