Adam was great! I was given an appt window from 12pm to 4pm and he was here right at 12 (rarely happens with any other service provider company)! He identified the problem, explained the repairs and pricing, and fixed it all in one visit. Couldn’t be happier with Fenwick HVAC!
Sunday, 12/8/24 11:10 AM - Contacted Waychoff's representative [Keta], by phone, and discussed our issue ["Aux Heat On" message displayed, repeatedly, on thermostat display screen]. She indicated there would be an $89.00 diagnostic fee, if the issue was other than warranty related. An appointment was set up for between Noon and 4 PM [today]. I was experiencing dripping from my ac in the closet it was in and someone recommended Chris Hall they said he works with waychoff's AC I called and got an appointment the next day. Chris Hall came out very professional and thorough.
He solved it I was so pleased.
