Fantastic, friendly and family laundry. The owners were constantly cleaning the entire facility. They are very well maintained, all washers and dryers are cleaned multiple times a day. Price is consistent with other Laundry’s in Jacksonville. They have working AC and Wi-Fi, along with a clean bathroom. I really can’t ask for anything more, I love it!!!

I like WaveMax for the cleanliness and well maintained machines; however, was wondering if they will open on time today. Sunday is the only day I have off from work and rely on WaveMax to get me through my chores. Please open on time! It's 7:15 and your parking lot is full.

Safe, clean location. The attendant was nice and very helpful. She dies have a thick Spanish accent and I did have trouble understanding her at first. Using a bank card to tap to pay for a preloaded laundry card with the amount of my choosing was easy with the attendants help. I've never seen this before! Yay coin free!! Finally! Will use again!!
