They are a great realty company. I had Vicky for a realtor and she went above and beyond to help me in an area new to me. She somehow always had the time to show me houses and was very helpful in information needed for the new area. She truly is a friendly professional.

Watson’s original Mandarin South office got its start across the parking lot from where we currently reside, but our mission has stayed the same since the mid-70s: provide a superior home-shopping experience to customers in Mandarin, Northwest St. Johns County and the San Marco/San Jose corridor.
