I was over in Florida visiting family who recommended Viva Stretch. I did the first time stretch appointment and it was great- super friendly, experienced and good value for money! I Will definitely go again if I am back in the area.

Viva Stretch is by far the better option if you’re looking for customized, personal and 1-on-1 Stretch therapy. Specifically, Jonston does a fantastic job. She is an expert without a doubt. The national chain stretch places are factories. Try Viva Stretch. You won’t regret it.

Ive had such a great experience at Viva Stretch. The space is clean, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Anna is incredibly knowledgeable and she always takes the time to help me with my problem areas. My sessions are always effective—I feel lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed every time. You can tell she really cares about her clients’ mobility and overall well-being.
