This is a great fitness program. i Went on a warm sunny day and got my butt handed to me in a good way. I felt great after and Isaac and colleen where fantastic friendly and very supportive an encouraging. i highly recommend them.

I Loved!!! the work out very fun and motivating. Everyone is friendly and you can work at your own pace. it's somewhere you can feel comfortable working out everyday cant wait for my next class
