I just have to say the Vet tech Olivia was seriously the best person ever. My dog has a hematoma in his ear and I was very concerned and she was so sweet and caring and gave me a lot of good information. I had a bad experience at the Petco in Durban and then we came to this location and saw Dr. Miller and she is so educated and helped us so much. We were originally told our dog was going to have to have surgery from the other vet and now thanks to Dr. Miller. We didn’t have to get surgery at all and his ear healed.
Everyone here is very friendly and they are upfront about the pricing. This place is life saving, especially as a college student. They genuinely care about the health of their patients! They text and call me after visits to make sure my cat is doing well still and if I have any concerns. Definitely recommend trying them out if you’re looking for a wonderful atmosphere and affordable care for your pets!
