Walter and his team are absolutely fantastic. Their level of customer service far exceeds any other similar oil change place that I've been to. I will only be going to this Valvoline location from now on for all of my basic car service needs.
Employees servicing my vehicle were awesome, however, an employee named Walter was berating another employee for whatever reason. I thought that was very unprofessional and unnecessary behavior. He needs to learn how to talk to his employees. Very rude!
Great team and by far one of the best places I’ve been. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and had great attitudes—even working in the Florida heat on a weekend. I came in for an oil change, radiator flush, and tire rotation for my Chevy Spark. Eliza took great care of me—she was patient and wonderful throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be back. 💕
