I had issues with the sales person Randy in Jacksonville, I called the corporate office in Orlando spoke with Randy he fixed the problem haven’t had any issues since then Grate company easy to work with.
When you spend $8000 you expect great service. Unfortunately that’s not always the case. I’m happy to say we had excellent service on our Nordic Jubilee hot tub. The installation went smoothly. They were here on time, got the tub down a narrow, curved path and installed in our spot. We had two warranty issues, one major and one minor. They took care of both issues promptly, even replacing a faulty pump while we were out of town. What’s especially remarkable is their maintenance location is over 2 hours from our home.
