I did not catch their names but I received amazing service from 2 girls on 08/11 around 6pm. I am a dude and was lost in there, not knowing what to get. :(
These two girls, one with glasses and the other taller with dark hair did an amazing job helping me find what I needed. The tall one even labeled the steps for me. The product is awesome and I will be coming back when I run out. Give those girls a raise or make them managers of their own store.
I love going to this ulta. I get top tier service every time. There's a girl with colorful and black hair. I keep forgetting her name. But she helps me every time with suggestions and products. Even tho my shade was out of stock. She helped me get matched up with everything so I could order online.
I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta with my hairstylist, Lynzi!! She is incredibly kind and welcoming, and from the moment I sat in her chair, she made sure I felt comfortable and completely at ease.
What I appreciated most is how attentive she is to every detail. She doesn’t just start working, she carefully asks about everything before putting any product in your hair, making sure you’re fully informed and happy with the plan. She takes the time to explain anything that isn’t clear and answers all questions patiently.
