It had been several years since I saw a medical professional because in the past I've been dismissed or told nothing can be done. When I came to my first appointment with Cassandra last year, I was a mess. Turns out there are *plenty* of things that can be done, and the condition of my health has drastically improved over the past year. I'm so thankful to have a medical team who listens to me and collaborates with me on how to improve my health.

Erica, the intake nurse for my physical, was outstanding from start to finish. She has an exceptional bedside manner, warm, attentive, and genuinely engaging in a way that immediately puts you at ease.

She was also incredibly thorough in explaining how the visit would flow, clearly outlining the vitals, what to expect during the physician portion, and how labs would be handled afterward. That level of transparency made the entire experience feel smooth and well coordinated.

Her medication reconciliation was meticulous. She took the time to go through everything carefully, ensuring accuracy without making it feel rushed or mechanical.
