I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible doctors, nurses, and staff at the ER who cared for me during multiple visits this past week.
I came in experiencing severe facial swelling, an extensive dental infection, fever, intense pain, and complications that ultimately required staying longer than an hour or two and IV antibiotics. Every time I walked through those doors, I was treated with kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being.

I had a great experience at UF Health Urgent Care. The staff truly cares about their patients and takes the time to be thorough with every step of the visit. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional, which made me feel comfortable right away. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of before you leave. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality care and compassionate service. They are the best.
I went in for an ear infection and was treated by Dr. Rabalais and Nurse Nilma. Both were warm, caring, and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable right away, and I left feeling relieved and better than when I came in. Thank you.
