We received really good service my autistic son with diabetes was mellow and the staff was nice and friendly. Even though we was there awhile my son only asked one time, but no hurry. The doctor was very thorough with explaining his knot under his skin and what the options going forward. Even printed off instructions on the what-if insurance does not pay then you can get this and it will work not too expensive. I then informed her about him being pre-diabetic just one dose more and he will be on insulin. Olivia at the customer service desk to the primary physician office is amazing. She helped me with my insurance problems swiftly and was so kind and understanding. While waiting for my appointment I saw her going above and beyond to help others have a great experience. I don't normally write reviews but she absolutely deserves the recognition!

I regularly see my primary care provider, Victoria Udongwo APRN, at this location on the 4th floor. I have never received care from a large hospital system such as UF Health until about one year ago and I have to admit it made me quite nervous. You always worry about getting "lost in the sauce" with all the other patients and providers but I have had the exact opposite experience with my care team here. All of the staff here are caring, attentive and always looking out for their patients. Ms. Udongwo is a very no-nonsense type of provider and I would even call her strict.
