About UF Health Faculty Clinic

UF Health Faculty Clinic receives mixed reviews. Staff are described as very respectful and courteous, with wonderful receptionists and doctors praised for their care. However, some nurses lack hospitality and seem confused. There are also reports of long wait times and an unclean patient bathroom in one section. A kind gesture from a doctor, who often pays for patient meals, provided meaningful comfort during a difficult time.

My experience is while waiting for a friend to come out of surgery I was checking out at the cashier for a lunch meal for her when a young doctor walked up and paid for the meal! The cashier said he does it often. It had been a rough one..my friend is dying of liver disease and bringing her up here is always a sad thing because we know the news is never going to be good and this made my day..it meant so much!

Currently sitting in my room waiting for the Dr. Receptionist was wonderful. Nurses not so much, lack hospitality and seem to get easily confused with patients. Uncleanly patient bathroom in urology section. It is 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time. This is my first visit.
