My wife and I met with Brooke today to look at options for our pool water level tile, and we left completely blown away. She knew her stuff inside and out and handled my endless questions with ease. The selection here is incredible - far beyond what I expected. I can confidently say I’ll never step foot in a drab Floor & Decor ever again. The Tile Shop of San Marco has earned my business for life.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Brooke, at the Tile Market of San Marco, has provided consistently exceptional customer service. She is professional, friendly, helpful, and extremely in tune with the tile business, as well as the individual needs of her customers. Brooke has an excellent eye for color and style. She was very patient as we were learning about all the different types, shapes and price points of tile. She answered all of our questions and provided all of the necessary information that we needed to make a final decision and order our kitchen backsplash tile. Overall, we were very impressed!

We drove over an hour to go to this "store" to order custom made tile only to arrive and see a note by the locked door stating we had to call for an appointment! We have been buying tile for decades without encountering such a ridiculous requirement. When someone was exiting--she held the door and we entered only to be greeted by someone who said she couldn't help us (though there was no other customer in the place). We wondered exactly what her function was!! One can generally enter "RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS" without making appointments. Don't waste you time with this place. There are LOTS of other places to order EXPENSIVE TILE!!

Save your time and go straight to the Tile Market of San Marco. Amazing selection, efficient layout in the showroom which will make your searching easy. Ask for Brooke who is an expert in all things tile as well as a gifted designer! Will be telling everyone to visit the Tile Market of San Marco...
