Booked a lymphatic drainage massage with James. He is highly skilled in this area and really knows how to activate and get the lymph fluid moving. Half way through the session I had to run to the bathroom to urinate. James said it was normal due to the fluid moving inside my body. I had to urinate what felt like every hour that first day. My daughter said I looked slimmer. My arms and legs were visibly slimmer and they felt light. I had more energy and could move a lot easier.
I weighed myself on the 5th day saw I lost 6 pounds. It is possible this is water weight but either way I feel amazing.
