Shout out to Olivia ?. I’m traveling from The Bay ?.. and I needed a kitty touch up. Looked on Groupon .. found a really affordable Brazilian Wax, sent a text message to their office and was contacted within maybe twenty minutes.
The sweet peach on the phone was so kind, she gave me many options on which location I wanted to go to, she let me know what to expect. When I arrived, she made me feel very secure, and she wanted everything to be taken care of so that when I arrived, I would be ready for my appointment. Upon arrival, both receptionist were so sweet. I had a facial with Claudia as my esthetician. She was knowledgeable, confident and guided me through the steps as she performed them. I loved that she tailored my facial to me by asking what I wanted to improve about my skin and my concerns about my skin.
I had never had a facial before so it was a really enjoyable experience, the salon was nice and everyone was friendly. I loved how my skin felt afterwards
