The place is located along side the VA doctors office. The office is located inside it labeled to find it easily. Once inside just go to the window and let them know you have an appointment. They will ask you to fill out some paperwork right there and will need to see your driver's license. The staff member I met was so nice and understanding for what I was there for. Very compassionate and explained everything along the way thru the end. He made me feel comfortable and that's important I know people get nervous and scared.

I tried multiple times to call ahead for an appointment but no one ever answered the phone. After about 8 rings, I heard that lovely fax machine squeal. I triple and quadruple checked the number through multiple sources, all of them gave the same number. I decided to just go on over since I was only going for a pre-employment urine drug screen. Normally I wouldn't complain about waiting 45 minutes without an appointment if the place seemed busy, but every time I looked, there were three female employees standing around chatting and flipping through their cell phones.
