My realtor was Christina Leckwold. Hands down highly recommend her to help you buy a house!! Her communication was amazing! I was moving from out of state and she was helpful in going to houses for me and walking through the house on a video chat, in addition to sending me homes she thought I would like. When I made the trek down to Florida to look at homes in person, she had picked out a few homes she knew I would like to show me during my visit. Once I decided on a home, she made sure to get all my questions answered by the builder, she helped negotiate the price and a few extras from the builder, helped with getting me in touch with a homeowners insurance agent who got me a great deal on the insurance, and put me in contact with a home inspector. Any time the builder wasn’t being communicative with me, she was on it getting answers and things done! Christina’s the agent everyone should use!!
