Talked to Jerry today and he helped us get our on going problem fixed. Buying a car through Tesla has been a difficult process!! Tesla in Jacksonville has been the only easy part of the process.

I brought in my Cybertruck due to a leak in the truck bed. Mr. Jonathan and Thomas were both very friendly and professional throughout the process! They even provided me with a Model S as a loaner so I could run errands while my vehicle was being serviced. After just a few hours, Mr. Tony had fixed all the issues, and the truck bed is no longer leaking. I can tell that customer service has improved significantly over the past few months.
