STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
​I went in expecting to get my hair done right, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. First of all, the lady who did my hair was extremely rude—attitude turned all the way up for no reason, no customer service whatsoever, and acting like doing her job was doing me a favor.
​And then she completely FRIED my hair! Heat damage galore. My curls are wrecked, my ends are fried, and my hair feels completely dead. She clearly had no idea what she was doing or how to properly handle black hair.
​To make matters worse, the salon itself was plain filthy. There was visible mold everywhere you looked—on the walls, near the stations, just disgusting. And don't even get me started on the bathroom. It was so awful, dirty, and neglected that I honestly felt unsanitary just walking past it.
​Save your money, save your edges, and save your time. They will ruin your hair and treat you like trash while doing it. Never stepping foot in this place again!

It seems like Ms. Tierradoeshair LLC got
another client once again. So very disappointed at the facts I did not come to google for the reviews. I was recommended by someone and it’s sad.

This was my message to her as of today!

-That’s unfortunate. Today was the only day I had available. I have to work and then I go on my trip this week. If you did NOT have today available you should have said so. I booked with you on July 12, 2022 giving you a deposit of $50 to schedule for July 21, 2022. However, I did have to reschedule for August 7, 2022 and you made the adjustment with tacking on the rescheduled deposit of $50. I’m just following your policy...read full review

TierraDoesHairLLC NEVER disappoints me! she’s super sweet, & her work is phenomenal. Communication skills are great as well, if i need something switched she works with me. It’s great going to a hairstylist that i can sit down and feel comfortable & talk to and enjoy my service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10 beyond that :)
