Alex and Joe recently installed a primary custom closet and pantry for me. They were both very cordial yet professional and committed to delivering a product that I would be happy with. At the onset, there was a misunderstanding with my expectations on a small section of the pantry. Joe went out of his way to make a quick call and make an adjustment to the design. I got exactly what I was expecting! They’re a great team that delivers excellent work!
I am very happy with my closet that The Tailored Closet just did. I have had them do other ones in my home and they are all wonderful. They are so helpful with layout suggestions and their turn around time has been great. Also, each person I have encountered in the process has been above and beyond in being helpful. I look forward to having them do additional closets in the future.
Tailored Closet - what a fabulous experience. They designed 2 closets at their showroom in less than an hour and totally captured our needs. They made the experience so much easier and the solutions were great.
Cost was a little higher than other companies we scouted HOWEVER, the solution they provided was much better. They know what they are doing!
