Pilar was awesome! She helped me discover my old glasses were two times too strong and she just had so much patience and good energy. When I came to pick up, Seanja helped me fix my frames. She is also super helpful and sweet. I’m very happy with the service I received, as well as the value, so thank you!

I had a really good experience here getting my first pair of glasses and eye exam everyone was helpful and kind. Extremely fast. Rebin was really knowledgeable and nice along with the other workers 100% would recommend this place!

I was very happy with the service I received from the Sales Manager, Rebin at the River City location. He was very caring and has a great sense of humor. I came about 30 minutes before they closed and was welcomed right in. I did not feel rushed or pressured and Rebin took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood and allowed me to ask questions. Also, Brandon assisted Rebin in getting me all taken care of and I was just very impressed and satisfied overall. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Thanks Rebin for the exemplary service you provided me.
