SIR Grout is truly outstanding! My bathroom shower looks completely new. Our technician Lamont worked all day creating something beautiful. He informed us from start to finish the entire restoration process. To include providing us tips on how to maintain our shower to prevent moisture buildup. He is truly an exceptional person! Not to mention he did a phenomenal clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company. Please...please...if anyone is reading, before you tear up and rip out your tile, please call this company and ask them about their restoration package.

Sir Grout did a great job cleaning, sealing, and applying color sealer to my shower floor. Judi, the owner, came out for the estimate and found every tiny nook and cranny that needed repair. Ray, my technician, did excellent work. She worked non-stop for several hours cleaning and coloring the small tiles on my shower floor, with no complaints despite working on her hands and knees. My shower looks brand new, and I am following all of Judi's advice to keep the color sealer looking great. I would definitely rely on Sir Grout for any of my grout repair or cleaning needs. I will have them back out in a few years when it is time for a touch up. Many thanks again to Grace in the office as well who was very patient with all my scheduling challenges.

Judi came to my house and reviewed the process that Sir Grout would do to make my kitchen floor beautiful again. I liked the way she explained exactly what to expect and they delivered! I couldn't believe the transformation. It looks brand new. Brian was my service crew and he was so professional and even helped me move a piece of furniture. He was a quiet worker and when the job was finished he told me how to care for my floor in the future and made sure I was totally satisfied. I am so please with the entire process and definitely would recommend their service. They work wonders!

Sir Grout did a great job with the bottom of our stall shower. They repaired the damaged grout, sealed and cleaned the whole shower. The whole job too about 5 hours (as quoted) and they totally cleaned up the shower and the surrounding area before they left.
The tech, Rey did a great job and was very professional. The end product was exactly what was described, I would definitely use them again.

I had an initial consultation to have my floors refreshed with Judy who was very kind and professional. I was very impressed with the product used to seal the grout and decided to move forward. Grace followed up and was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly. The day of my of job, Rell and his crew showed up on time and after confirming what areas were to be worked on, they got to work quickly. The entire time the guys were so respectful and professional. They worked meticulously and kept a clean work space. They really wanted to make sure I was satisfied and encouraged me to find any flaws or missed areas because they wanted me to be 100% satisfied before they left. It took a long time because I have plank style flooring but I appreciated that they were not rushing through the work so that extra time was well spent in my opinion. The process from beginning to end was seamless and easy. I highly recommend Sir Grout. If you are hesitant to hire them, don’t be because it’s a great company with a fantastic owner and employees. You won’t be disappointed.
