This was the first time using Scott Mill Animal Hospital and we will definitely be using them for any future veterinary needs. All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really seemed to appreciate that we’d decided to choose them for Izzy’s care. Dr. Sutliff was incredible. He took the time to explain in detail the various concerns and treatment options. He did so in terms that were easily understood. He also did a great job listening. We didn’t feel rushed at all and he answered any questions that we had. I have been taking my dogs here for a few years and have always had a great experience! Recently I took a dog that I adopted 1.5 years ago and it was his first time going to a vet. He had major stranger anxiety and being in a new place was so overwhelming for him he became difficult to manage and had a huge accident in the lobby. The whole staff was so kind and took care of everything for us to make sure we could get him cleaned up and that he was comfortable. The vet tech Ashley was an absolute angel taking her time to bond with my dog so that he wouldn’t be so anxious and could let them perform a physical. Dr. Moore and the entire staff are wonderful. They have treated our Havanese since we moved to Jax, several years ago . ( for allergies, routine care, torn ACL and misc. illnesses.) They truly take a personal interest in their patients. The office is quick to respond to questions and the Dr. and vet techs are knowledgeable & skilled clinicians . So grateful to have this trusted veterinary practice for our pup . Highly recommend.
