I booked cluster lashes offer for $20 for Groupon and kindly I called to place appointment, she answered and asked me to text her then she will let me about the available times. Well test her my mane and my code and she respond that they are cluster once and they don’t hold more that 2 weeks and I will not like them and she don’t accept any new client for this kind of work. I was wondering so why the offer on Groupon and why didn’t say it’s not for new client , then I asked how I got refund when she started sending messages about she is have 1600 client and she don’t do these single extensions for $20 and waste her time because it takes 3 hours ( so why the offer on Groupon if you don’t willing to service it). Her tone was supper disrespectful and sound unprofessional . This was not the whole conversation with her but you still can see what kind of customer service she is providing providing, I had the whole conversation as snap shot and email it to Groupon customers service with my question why should sell offer she doesn’t want to serve it.Hello Ma'am, I just called you, my Name is Khalida JihadAnd I booked a lashes set application from Groupon and like to make appointment please.My best time is any time on Saturday please or Friday after 4:30 pm if available for you.Please let me know, I look for word to have your service and keep back to fix them every 4 weeks or as you recommended. I agree with the Woman before, if I too good give this place a 0 I would. I originally contacted her (1 person) and advised I had just moved here from Minnesota and had a Groupon. She told me to text her and she would look at her schedule. But as soon as she found out it was a Groupon she basically told me she was booked solid but she would see what she could. 2 phone calls later and 3 text messages I left her a message that she could keep her $20.00. I have never had such poor customer service. Take my advise and don't use this establishment.

Very polite and exceptional price for quality of work and time she spent on me. I only wish I would have given her more because she is extremely affordable. I will definitely be back. Give her a try, if unsure you really can't go wrong for the price. Sweet girl as well!

Cassandra was amazing! I called her on a Monday needing lashes by Friday. She explained she was booked up but she would let me know by the evening if she could squeeze me in. She texted me back that night and got me in Thursday morning! Cassandra was super knowledgeable (and funny) and took the time to explain the process and what to expect from the lashes. My lashes look awesome! I will be sending all my girl friends here in the future!

11/11/17 cluter lashes purchased from Groupon. she is ghetto asf. She talked loud the entire time she answered her phone multiple times it was just a mess(and I'm from the hood its a time and place for everything) she told me everything that she doesn't do before I even begin getting my eyebrows done. I showed her a picture she said oh I don't do pictures. You may tell me what you want your lashes to look like but that may not be how they may turn out. The lashes look okay, nothing to write home about . one thing that annoyed really annoyed me was I paid with a Groupon and she tried to get $3 from me and told me that was tax/ gratuity on the Groupon. The last time I checked gratuity was optional. That was a bold face she was telling and I knew it so I lied right back and told her that I didn't have any cash on me. I've been using Groupon since 2011 girl bye . Because Groupon takes a percentage of her money what she's trying to do is use that $3 from each customer to accumulate money on the side I don't know who she thought was stupid. I'm out here for work and I may be out here for a while or so and I would never return and I would get my eyelashes done somewhere else. update: i got my lashes done 11/11/17. 10am. 11/14/17 all of the lashes are gone completely gone. no i didnt get them wet, no i didnt sleep on them, no i didnt go to the gym i didnt do anything this was a waste of $ i could've just put on a strip from the beauty supply
