My experience was amazing I learned alot about these trucks and feel really confident leaving here. The instructor are cool all full of their own personalities and real good people. They really care about you at this school and they will push you to be good driver. Nothing really bad more instructor would be nice. And I would have liked my own room but as far as the school I really enjoyed being here and would recommend this school to anybody trying to get there CDL Class A
Troy Harden is an amazing instructor. I couldn't ask for a better person to instruct me on the maneuvers. He is so patient, kind, respectful, caring and just a pleasure to be around. He actually loves what he does and it really shows. He was at the Jackson location, before he came the instructor Daniel had me on forward stop for a week and didn't teach me anything else. Troy came along and taught me and I got it. He gives you praise, pointers, he also challenges you, he will let you mess up and see if you can get yourself out of it, but he will help you get back right, he us gave us breaks due to the heat and rain. The instructors were fantastic. Very informative and knowledgeable. They were short staffed however and training did take about 2 weeks more than I had anticipated. Paying out of pocket to come here and then not having a paycheck for 6 weeks was difficult. However they are fair if you have things come up and can’t make it in here and there as long as it ain’t a recurring thing, as that backs up future classes as well.
Overall 9/10 experience, could be a little cheaper and could’ve been more timely in getting us in and out. Other than that, I’m well prepared
