Call River city and inquired if they installed electronic door locks. Asked if they would install my Schlage encode. The employee on the other line subsequently laughed and said “ we can but we’re not going to” and then the call ended. Most Bizzare call I’ve ever experienced haha. Don’t know anything this company or their work other than the call. Just was hoping to find out if they provided this service. Apparently not

Locked out of truck with it running. River City got to me within 15 min. Got my truck unlocked very quickly & made me an additional key on site. Great service, very positive experience given the circumstances.

I was there 2 days in a row to have keys made & both days the staff was as friendly as could be. Even seemed to want to be sure I had been taken care of while as I was waiting. Good prices as well.
