EXCELLENT customer service! I reached out on behalf of my father looking for a locksmith and I called and had the opportunity to speak with Haywood. What a delightful experience as he addressed my questions and waited for me to call my father to ask some additional questions. Contacted other companies but they were playing and I stressed to them the importance of my situation yet no one showed up like I was told but then I happened to luck upon calling Mr. Heyward it was already later in the evening but in an emergency situation I explained everything he did not hesitate to get to my uncles house it took him less than 20 mins to get there and also less than 20 mins to get through 2 burglary bar doors. I told him I was in an emergency situation and he understood the assignment and I truly appreciated that and he even offered to help with the emergency we were in.
