if i could give ZERO stars i would. after reading all of the comments i believe everything people are saying about this dentist. They never answer the phone! what’s the point in having people working at the front desk if they just ignore the calls? idiots. I’ll take my money else where.

I have never seen a Dentist walked out on numerous of patients who needs medical assistance on their teeth after having an attitude for what ever personal reason, and take it out on her patients !!!! is so unprofessional!!!!! after they have sign in with an appointment, and waiting for her assistance for hours on a medical emergency. The State of Florida City of Duval County for Medicaid need to be ashamed to have only one office in the entirety city to assist Medicaid recipients!!!! who poorly does not give a damn about the welfare of the people of Jacksonville, We as a people have to drive over an 100 miles in the State of Florida, the City of Jacksonville to receive...read full review

I used to get really pissed dealing with the long waits and phone issues until I realized what this office is working with. This office is the ONLY office in ALL OF JACKSONVILLE that accepts Dental Medicaid. With ONLY ONE DOCTOR on staff and a few front desk reps I'm amazed at how this office continues to function in spite of all their obstacles. The new girls are friendly and have been very helpful. The waits are very long but given all the circumstances they're all rock stars as far as I'm concerned.
