I would give 100 stars if I could. The staff at the front desk who was helpful, fast, and friendly. The nurse who brought me to the room was cheerful, apologized for my wait, which was all me I got to the office very early. She checked in with me in the room letting me know Dr. Watkins would be in soon so I wasnt out of the loop. Dr. Watkins came in cheerful and welcoming. She listened to ALL my concerns!! Then, she broke them down one by one right on the bed paper. I felt for once a Dr. had took my concerns seriously, listened, and came up with a game plan. Amazing customer service for my first time, especially check-in clerk Tammy who was amazing and very sweet. Nurse Jennifer made me feel super welcomed and comfortable. Doctor Watkins was also super kind and welcoming. My overall experience was phenomenal and I look forward to seeing each and every one of them again!
Was at the office today, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctor is very friendly and takes pride of her job. She did everything that is possible to get the the root of my problem. They took their time and explained everything to me.
