I love the blowout, however my baby hair was supposed to Ben”triimmed” but it was cut. ….. Everyone has been asking why she cut her hair because it’s a BiG difference. So make sure when they ask to trim, please clarify LiGHT trimming.

I have been seeing Ramona for 20 years and I have no complaints. Everyone is friendly and professional, not to mention the fair pricing for the excellent quality Ramona and all of her team always deliver each time I go. What I love the most is that being there feels like home and it doesnt matter how long it takes, its always fun to be there and chat with the girls. 5 stars for friendlyness, professionalism, consistency, quality and pricing!Services: Haircut

I'm not happy that on the date of the appointment, their phone was inoperable, but Google Maps did lead me there once I searched the salon name.We came in and they asked who we were scheduled with but we're not regulars so we weren't sure but they figured it out from the scheduling. They offered frozen honey drippers with popular Hispanic flavors for sale, which was a really nice treat while we waited for the hairdresser to finish up. Lisandra then consulted with my grandmother to make sure she knew what was desired. She walked my grandmother through options and gave a realistic impression of what they would look like.
