We had a great experience with this flooring company from start to finish. We purchased both LVP flooring and bathroom tile, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
John was especially helpful—he took the time to really understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options without any pressure. His knowledge made it much easier to choose the right materials for our home.
What stood out the most was how he went above and beyond to make sure everything was delivered as quickly as possible.
Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt taken care of.

John Milea from Quality Flooring did the floors in my townhouse, and I’m honestly so happy with how everything turned out..They are beautiful! From the first conversation, he was easy to talk to (and I had shopped around, believe me) and he really listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to sell me something. He helped me pick a flooring option that fit my space perfectly and explained everything along the way.
The installation itself was done with a lot of care. (Even while I was at work!) You can tell he pays attention to the little details — the transitions are smooth, the cuts are clean, and everything just looks seamless. He stayed on schedule, kept the work area tidy, and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free, Even with my doggy there! 😊
My townhouse looks completely different now in the best way. The floors made such a big difference and really brought the whole place together. Needless to say, I sold it immediately with top dollar high quality and the buyers were so impressed. From the moment I walked in to long after everything was installed, the experience was outstanding. I worked with John, who went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I needed. He provided expert advice, presented plenty of options to maximize material quality while keeping costs down, and was always available to talk. He even personally delivered the rug to make sure everything was perfect — that kind of attention to detail speaks volumes. The backsplash installer was equally impressive. My kitchen tile had a lot of seams, and rather than just diving in, he first laid out all the tiles and — like a true artist — carefully arranged them until the flow was just right. He worked with remarkable precision, kept everything clean throughout the process, consulted me at every step, and brought great energy and friendliness to the whole job. Made an appointment with Frank and the men showed up right on time. Brian, Renato and Isaac got right to work repairing our wood floor. They were very professional and did an excellent job! They had all of tools need to complete the work. When they finished they cleaned up the work area and left the house looking like no one had been there I would highly recommend them for new floors or smaller repairs like mine.

Quality Flooring did an outstanding job. I interviewed five flooring contractors. John was only one of two that followed up. The pricing was a very competitive.
The crew took only two days to finish this job. One day of demo of the existing tile. One day to install the new flooring.
It is a construction job and demoing tile is very dusty. They did an excellent job at dust mitigation. There was still a lot of cleaning to do, but I was very happy at how they tried to keep it down.
There were four transitions. The other companies were going to put a transition strip in. These guys were craftsmen. As you can see from the one picture the cuts were perfect. The results were seamless. Very professional. A man who takes pride in his work.
The crew was friendly and respectful. They cleaned up each day; actually leaving my condo breezeway cleaner than when they came.
Communication was good. I worked construction as a building automation, engineer, tech, programmer, project management, juggling as many as eight projects at one time. I was told never to tell the customer I was busy if something got delayed. The customer doesn’t care how busy you are. The customer only cares about his job. I guess this is why I was sensitive to John saying that a couple of times at the front end of the job.
Aside from this personal thing, and it sure wasn’t a deal killer, I give them my highest recommendation. You will not regret doing business with them.
