Holy cow!!! This was by far the BEST case scenario ever! Called on Monday, they came out promptly on Tuesday… text/communication was remarkable!!!
Bertin and his assistant were TOP NOTCH!!!
They were honest and quickly located the problem as a loose connection!!! It could have been so much worse!!!

My experience with Progressive Mechanical has been awesome. When calling into the office they are professional and very friendly. Dee is very knowledgeable and works with you to set up the best times and services to meet your needs. The team that comes to your property are very professional and very knowledgeable too. They take the time to serve the AC unit while providing you feedback and information about your unit. They do not try to play the upsell game with you.
