I joined PF a few months ago and I have only gone twice - once to actually get on a machine and once to use the massage machine. I was really seriously considering cancelling since I'm paying for a black card membership but not using it.
I went in and spoke to Angie and said I needed to be talked out of cancelling. Tell me why I should not cancel. Angie did not hesitate to remind of the benefits of the black card and let me know I just needed to get started on a fitness plan. She got me enrolled in a class to see a trainer to set up a plan. Planet Fitness on Normandy Boulevard is fantastic! The staff is super friendly, and there’s a great selection of machines so you rarely have to wait. The gym is spacious and clean, with large locker rooms, plenty of lockers, and even a countertop for your laptop. Love the HydroMassage, tanning beds, and the positive vibe. Highly recommend!

Love the fact it's open late to accommodate everyone's schedule. Love the massage chairs and table. I think it's genius to allow members to bring one person to allow that person to try everything while they decide if they want to get a membership
