LOL This place is a Firehouse Subs now. And frankly, the parent company is a joke. This location was just okay. The last straw for me was when the owner had a friend working the front desk and while I was waiting my turn for the Mystic bed, they started telling me all about their escapades in Vegas and how drunk they got, how I should party with them sometime, etc. It was uncomfortable. When I tried to walk out, the same front desk attendant said, "here's your receipt" and handed me a piece of paper with their name and number on it. I was mortified. Can I just go somewhere without needing to entertain someone's advances? Gross.

The Mandarin location is absolutely amazing! Trish is the sweetest and always makes my experience there so easy and comfortable. There’s every amenity there you could imagine and the spa is always clean! This is definitely my go to location when I need to relax or when I need some color. The mystic tan is my favorite and the 4 position spray system gives me a tan I’ve never been able to achieve before! Trish is always there for advice on tanning and how to extend it and how to take advantage of every spa service there in the best way so I can have my best skin ever! If you want a great experience Planet Beach Mandarin is the place to go!!

I tried out the red light therapy and the hydration station. Absolutely amazing. The red light therapy is supposed to help with skin imperfections and I’m super excited to see my results. I really enjoyed the hydration station as well. It was so relaxing and left me feeling refreshed!
