We had Joe from pipeworks install our bathtub, sink, and toilet during a remodel. After the remodel we had a leak that damaged our hardwood floors in the hallway. they tried to find it multiple times even cut holes in my walls. They couldn’t find it. I had to hire another plumbing company that found the issue right away. The toilet wasn’t set correctly so with every flush it would leak out of the seal. Also the tub was not properly installed. The poor support under my drop in tub has resulted in the tub cracking and leaking. I do not recommend this company for any tub or toilet installs.

Pipe Works just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. The job was brilliantly done, even the city inspector remarked on the quality. The team added features that were overlooked in the original plumbing, like an easily accessible global shut off valve. The team were on-time, professional, and hard working. Very respectful and careful with my things. And good at explaining their plan, changes made, and the rationale for what they did. I highly recommend.

We recently started partnering with Pipe Works Plumbing and we (and our clients) couldn't be happier with their work. Putting trust in another company can be difficult, especially when they will be servicing with our client's, but they have been excellent. They really do a great job and we look forward to continued work with them in the future.
