If I could give Physwell 10 stars I absolutely would.Dr. Lauren Shute is knowledgeable , compassionate and has what I can only describe as gifted ,healing hands. She was able to diagnose and relieve my issue at our very first session and explained in great detail the mechanisms at play. She also implemented a short term and long term plan for my ongoing health , including nutrition, strength training, and injury prevention . I was highly impressed with Dr. Shute , the Physwell facility and their staff . I'm beyond grateful to have found such an exceptional and caring provider as well as a welcoming community for myself and my family at Physwell.

A great space - full of equipment and a very professional environment. Not only do they provide CrossFit and personal training services, but also Physical Therapy. Lauren is the absolute best! I feel so much better after each session with her and closer to getting back to doing what I love. She helps to solve the problem and then prevent future injury. If you are active and sometimes have injuries or ailments, Lauren will get you back up and running. She is caring and insanely knowledgeable! 5/5 recommend.

I used to love weightlifting but then I found out about CrossFit and it feels better to have someone leading the exercises who can tell you the proper techniques. Before, I used to do everything by myself. Learned how to use the barbell through YouTube ? so you're in good hands with these trainers who guide you through everything so you can properly hit those muscle groups with good form.
