I’m so grateful for Pet Angels Animal Hospital. When my puppy‑son suddenly wasn’t feeling well, I had no idea what to do and his regular vet couldn’t see him. I was referred to several places, but this one immediately felt right — and I’m so glad I trusted that feeling. ✨ They fit us in as a walk‑in, treated us with genuine compassion from the moment we arrived, ran the necessary tests, explained everything clearly, and made sure Teddi was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facility was clean, calm, and welcoming, and every staff member we encountered was truly exceptional. 😊 What touched me most was the follow‑up call the next morning to check on him. That level of care is above and beyond, and exactly what I want for my boy. Pet Angels has earned my trust, and they will be our go‑to moving forward. 💙

On 5/20/26 I had to have my fur baby Myles put down due to health issues. This was a very traumatic experience and I was told by the vet tech that she would mail me my dogs paw print and nose print... which I NEVER received. I have called them three times and was told the first time that it was put in the mail. Second time I was told that there was no record of it being mailed, third time I was told that the manager would call me which NEVER HAPPENED. I'm sad, hurt and feel like my baby was just another money transaction and that they didn't care to send me the last pieces of my baby ( his prints) and I feel lied to.

Jax was absolutely amazing with my Chihuahua that is known for being extremely anxious with vet visits which translates into all kinds of behaviors. My pup was actually calm by the end of our visit which is something I'm not used to. Jax also was super professional and made me feel heard, and took the time to explain concerns or questions I had. Made me feel like they really cared about me as a pet owner and shows they truly enjoy their job AND are amazing at it!
