Trying to be generous To help future drivers. I was in and out in about 4 hours. The guard on the entry side was a little rude but not the worst I’ve seen. In her defense she may have been feeding off of me because I was not excited to be there after reading the reviews of this place. So I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt.
The process was slow but not bad to load and the guard on the exit side was playful and pleasant.
The load made it to the consignee in Columbia SC without falling over.
Overall not the worst experience but I’m not coming back.

Hey, just a heads up — do NOT come here.
I was scheduled for an 8 PM appointment, arrived at 7 PM, and didn’t get a door until midnight. Then they kept me waiting until 6 AM just to tell me the load was canceled.
It’s not worth it. I strongly recommend you look for another load and get some rest at a rest area instead.
If you are a dispatch, dont sent a truck here. NOT WORTH IT

On 3/30/2026. Check in and getting loaded went well. Due to the many bad reviews, I’m glad my process of getting loaded didn’t take long. However, I had to deliver in Greenwood, MS(Pepsi) and I had 3 pallets tipped over from negligence of securement on the shipper side. I secured the load with 2 straps as shown. All Pepsi warehouses need to use pillows in between pallets to secure their product as the driver, I will do the same. Now the consignee does not restack. So my company had to call a lumper service to come out to restack. Pepsi should be billed for that and I hope my company send my pictures to get reimbursed.
